Robin Miles has dedicated his entire legal career to Bracewell, representing chemical and energy companies, banks, investment banks and investors in senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition and project financings, structured financings, leveraged buyouts, securitizations, structured commodity arrangements, precious metal leasing, receivables factoring, trade financings, derivatives, restructurings and DIP financings.

In 2022, Robin guided Targa Resources Corp. in its $2.0 billion bridge loan commitment and $1.5 billion term loan with Mizuho Bank Ltd., as lead arranger, for the acquisition of Lucid Energy and its $2.75 billion revolving credit facility with Bank of America, N.A., as the lead arranger, which migrated the credit facility from Targa’s master limited partnership and included an automatic switch to investment grade terms upon Targa’s receipt of an investment grade rating.
