Mélanie Pimentel

Mélanie Pimentel has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and HR management roles. Mélanie began their career as a Legal Assistant at Selfridges in 2008, followed by a position as an HR Assistant at FASTBOOKING in 2009. Mélanie then joined Galeries Lafayette as an HR Project Manager in 2010, before becoming an HR Manager in 2011. Mélanie established and managed the HR department for newly opened and existing warehouses, implementing HR policies, organizing elections, and negotiating key social agreements.

In 2015, Mélanie moved to BHV Marais/Rivoli, where they acted as an HR Manager for the main site. Mélanie supervised payroll and administration, led training initiatives, and managed change management projects. Mélanie joined Vestiaire Collective in 2016 as a Chief People Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. Mélanie was responsible for creating the HR department and implementing processes and tools within a fast-growing global organization. Mélanie also led various projects, including opening a logistic hub, launching the Vestiaire Collective Academy, and implementing HR tools.

From 2020 to 2022, Mélanie worked as the Chief People Officer at BRANDED, and in 2023, they held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at SEED - People and HR Consulting & Part Time, Silvr, and Pernod Ricard. Overall, Mélanie has a strong background in HR leadership, project management, and organizational development.

Mélanie Pimentel obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Labor Law and Human Resources from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2010. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Coaching at INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK, with an anticipated completion date in 2023.
