Regina Haynes

Regina Haynes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Regina started their career as an Operations Supervisor at JF Walker co in 1990 and then transitioned to Ford Motors as a Lean Six Sigma professional from 1998 to 2007. In 2014, Regina became a Quality Manager at Altec Aluminum, a position they held until 2018. During this time, they also worked as an Assistant Quality Manager at Miyama USA from 2016 to 2017. Regina then joined Johnan America Inc as a Quality Engineer in early 2018 before moving to their current role as the Director of Corporate Quality at Branham Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating corporate quality efforts across the company's five locations and specializes in Specialty Chemical Hoses for large chemical customers.

Regina Haynes earned an associate's degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Spencerian College in 1989. In 2007-2008, they attended the University of Louisville, studying Business Administration and Management. From 2011 to 2012, they were working towards a LPN in nursing at Galen College of Nursing. Regina also holds a certification as an ISO Internal Auditor from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc.
