Mike de Luca

Mike De Luca is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in Lean Accounting and financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sound since February 2022, Mike also holds the role of Lean Accounting Coach at BMA and participates as Faculty and Coach for the Lean Enterprise Institute. With a strong background in healthcare finance, Mike has directed programs for the Beyond Budgeting Round Table and Catalysis Inc., focusing on adaptive financial planning methods. Previously, Mike held several key positions at Group Health Cooperative, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Finance, where responsibilities included overseeing a department managing over $2 billion in annual expenditures. Mike holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Russian studies from Indiana University Bloomington and the University of Rochester, respectively.
