Jean-François Tamby, MD-MBA, serves as Vice President of Clinical Development for ATTR Cardiomyopathy and Acoramidis at BridgeBio since December 2021. Previously, Jean-François held the position of Cardiovascular Early Clinical Development Team Leader at Bristol Myers Squibb from January 2021 to December 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Clinical Science at MyoKardia, overseeing Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, and Cardiomyopathy from August 2017 to December 2020, and various senior leadership positions at Sanofi from 2006 to 2017, focusing on cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. Jean-François began a career in clinical research as a physician at Rhone Poulenc Rorer from 1997 to 1999 and has extensive experience in cardiology and oncology. Academic credentials include a Medical Oncology Diploma from Paris-Sud University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and an MD with a cardiovascular specialty from Université Paris Descartes.
