Katherine Ellison

Katherine Ellison has a diverse work experience in various industries. Katherine is currently the Founder & CEO/President of Bright Planet Pet, a food technology company specializing in ultra-sustainable plant-based meat for dogs. Prior to this, Katherine worked as a National Account Manager for Perfection Pet Foods, where they managed and grew key accounts. Katherine also served as a Business Manager, Customer Brands & Co-Manufacturing at American Nutrition Inc., where they handled a diverse group of accounts and cultivated new business. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Royal Pet Inc., responsible for managing new and current business for branded and private label pet products. Katherine's earlier experiences include working as a Veterinary Customer Care Manager at Westgate Pet Clinic, a Veterinary Assistant at Blue Cross Animal Hospital, and a Research Strategist at Fusion Hill, where they conducted qualitative market research and developed insights for various companies.

Katherine Ellison attended the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management from 2003 to 2006. During this period, they pursued a degree in Marketing and successfully completed their studies, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business.
