Ismail Docrat

Ismail Docrat is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and tutoring. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Pather and Pather Attorneys Inc. since June 2023, Ismail has held various financial management roles at INTERSTAT STATIONERY, CHECKMART HOLDINGS, and Phoenix Cash and Carry, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements, managing cash flow forecasts, and overseeing payroll and HR processes. Ismail has also worked as an Audit Senior at PKF, conducting audits and managing client relationships. Additionally, Ismail is actively involved in part-time tutoring for students across different educational levels at BrightSparkz Tutors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and multiple certificates in the Theory of Accounting from the University of South Africa.
