Danista Shaikh

Danista Shaikh has work experience starting in 2015 at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. As a Software and Testing Engineer, they migrated a Visual Basic application into .NET & Cloud Computation and migrated two software applications for Travelers (an insurance company based in the USA). In 2018, they joined Boston Scientific as a Behavioural Standards Facilitator, where they initiated the journey to achieving a desired culture of Winning Together and served as a Subject Matter Expert on Behavioural Standards. Danista then transitioned into a Software Developer role at Boston Scientific, estimating and planning test phases, preparing test strategies, and automating test cases using Selenium Web-driver (C#) for an in-house web application MRC tool. In 2020, they joined BrightWork as a Test Automation Engineer II, where they work in an agile team environment, automates web-based software, and decides the best test approach for individual user stories.

Danista Shaikh completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune, from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, Danista enrolled at the University of Galway, where they obtained an MSc in International Management with a focus on International Business in 2018.
