Mandy Carter

Mandy Carter has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mandy began their career as a Junior HR Consultant at Barclays Global Investors in 2003. Mandy then joined Guy Carpenter as an HR Business Partner for Europe, where they supported employees in the UK and Europe and managed international HR projects. Mandy was later promoted to the role of Global HR Operations Manager at Guy Carpenter, where they led the development of accurate administration and achieved cost savings through effective vendor management. Mandy then moved on to Aviva Investors as an HR Services & Recruitment Manager, where they transformed the HR services, recruitment, and HR systems teams. Mandy introduced audit controls and processes to ensure system accuracy and data protection compliance. After that, they worked at Kleinwort Benson (now Kleinwort Hambros) as the Head of Payroll & HRIS, overseeing a team of 5 and managing monthly payroll for 700 employees across multiple jurisdictions. Mandy then joined AmTrust International, initially as the Head of HR Operations, where they built the global Operational Centre of Excellence for HR and played a joint lead role in overseeing BAU and delivering HR projects. Mandy was later transferred into a HR Transformation role at AmTrust International, where they managed international compensation reviews and enhanced RemCo documentation. Most recently, Mandy joined CDC Group plc as the HR Process & Operations Manager, responsible for HR process and operations management. Mandy is currently serving as the Head of HR Services at BRITVIC PLC.

From 1999 to 2002, Mandy Carter attended the University of Sussex, where they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies.
