Kenneth White

Kenneth White possesses extensive experience in educational program management and environmental communication, currently serving as the Manager of the Office of Educational Programs at Brookhaven National Laboratory since 1990. This role involves leading science education initiatives that engage over 30,000 participants annually, aiming to inspire sustained interest in science. Previously, Kenneth held positions that included Communications Manager for Environmental Management Programs, overseeing public outreach for environmental cleanup, and Water Chemistry Group Leader, modernizing laboratory operations. Kenneth also served as Training Program Administrator, developing accreditation programs for nuclear plant training, and was involved in corporate training at Long Island Lighting Company. Kenneth's early career includes significant roles in the US Navy, emphasizing reactor chemistry and radiological protection. Kenneth holds an MBA from Dowling College and a BS in education and engineering technology from Excelsior University.
