Kaitlyn MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Kaitlyn started their career as an Intern at the Agricultural Land Reform Office, Thai Ministry of Agriculture, where they conducted a study on the aging of Thai farmers and their retention strategies. Kaitlyn then worked as a Student Researcher at the Land Policy Institute, followed by a role as a Chatteris Native English Teacher at the Chatteris Educational Foundation, where they designed and delivered daily activities for students.
