Dawn Roller has over 28 years of experience in loss prevention and management positions. Currently, they serve as the Director of Loss Prevention and Point of Sale at Brown's Super Stores, Inc. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Manager of Loss Prevention & P.O.S at Brown's ShopRite & Fresh Grocer. Dawn has also held positions such as Sr. Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at Brown's Superstores and Divisional Loss Prevention Manager at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). Dawn has worked for other companies including Sears Holdings Corporation/Kmart, Kmart Corporation, and The Home Depot, where they achieved notable accomplishments in reducing shrink and increasing investigation efficiency. Dawn started their career as a Loss Prevention Detective at Channel Home Center.

Dawn Roller's education history includes receiving a Diploma in General Studies from Little Flower High School for Girls, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. Dawn furthered their education by attending Gordon Phillips from 1986 to 1987, where they obtained a Diploma and License in Cosmetology.
