Lysette Randall

Lysette Randall currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for APAC at BTIG, starting in August 2024. Previously, Lysette held the position of Executive, Performance and Business Partnering, People and Culture at Quantium from July 2021 to October 2024, a company focused on data and technology solutions. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific at Experian from August 2016 to October 2019, and Director of Human Resources for APAC Operations at PayPal for eight months in 2016. Lysette also has extensive experience with Goldman Sachs, where tenure spanned from June 2006 to October 2014, encompassing roles as Executive Director in Human Capital Management and Employee Relations. Initial career steps included a Senior Associate position at Ashurst from April 2003 to May 2006, and as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from July 1998 to April 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Durham University and legal training at the College of Law, York.
