Shawndra Thompson, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources management. Shawndra is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Bud Clary Auto Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Business Partner at United Malt. Shawndra also served as the Human Resources Manager at Novolex and O-I, where they were responsible for overseeing the daily human resource activities and supporting the leadership teams at manufacturing plants. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resource and Safety Manager at Bennu Glass LLC and worked as an HR Representative at Xenium HR. Shawndra started their career at Dick Hannah Dealerships as an HR Assistant/Payroll and later as an HR Intern.

Shawndra Thompson, PHR, SHRM-CP, graduated from Washington State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management. Prior to attending university, Shawndra completed their high school education at Kelso High School.

In addition to their educational background, Shawndra has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2015, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in 2019, Shawndra obtained the DDI-Certified Facilitator certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
