Sarath Narayan Nair

Sarath Narayan Nair is a seasoned construction professional with a comprehensive background in planning and project management. Currently serving as a Planner at Built Environs since September 2022, Sarath manages the NZ Program portfolio focusing on program development for tenders and live projects, alongside responsibilities for contract program management, project status assessment, risk analysis, and EOT claims management. Prior roles include Planning Engineer at BATTLEY CONSULTANTS LIMITED, where Sarath optimized schedules for major projects such as the GIB production facility and Tauhara Power plant, and Building Engineer at CPB Contractors, contributing to the Waikeria Prison Development PPP project.
