Elena Stoyanova

Elena Stoyanova is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in banking and IT systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior IT System Analyst at the Bulgarian National Bank since March 2022, Elena previously held significant roles at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria as a Senior Project Manager and at United Bulgarian Bank, where responsibilities included Unit Head of the Corporate Problem Loans Department and various senior expert positions. Elena began their career as an intern in the Bank Policy Department at Sofia Bank AD. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economics, a Diploma in Banking and Finance from The Chartered Institute of Bankers in London, and a Diploma from the Data Science Academy at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
