Dale Humphries

Dale Humphries is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in directing software development projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Bullhorn since July 2020, Dale has previously held significant roles including Director of Software Development at Proliant, where leadership was demonstrated in designing the next-generation payroll platform. With a long tenure at Peoplenet that spanned seventeen years, Dale contributed to various operational aspects and held the position of VP Software Development. Earlier roles include Director of Software Development at MicroBilt Corporation and Senior Software Engineer, along with foundational experience at NYNEX as a Sr. Programmer. Dale earned a BS in Computer Science from The University of Georgia.
