Arun Panicker

Arun Panicker is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at the Bureau of Meteorology since July 2021, Arun is leading a significant program aimed at upgrading and replatforming applications within the Hydrological department for flood prediction. Prior to this role, Arun worked as a Lead Business Analyst at nbn™ Australia from April 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included documenting business requirements and optimizing processes across various teams. Additionally, Arun held multiple positions at Infosys from February 2006 to April 2016, contributing to significant projects for Telstra, including the upgrade of integration layers and the development of custom CRM solutions. Arun began the career as a Management Trainee at TVS Electronics, focusing on customer service projects. Arun holds a PGDM in Marketing and Systems from T A Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from JJ College of Engineering & Technology.
