Naqeeb Amin

Naqeeb Amin currently serves as the Group General Manager of Human Resources at Burgan Bank, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Naqeeb led the HR Banking Committee for the Kuwait Banking Association from January 2018 to November 2023 and managed the HR division at Ahli United Bank - Kuwait from December 2014 to November 2023. Naqeeb's career includes significant roles such as Group CHRO at International Turnkey Systems Group, HR Director at Dasman Diabetes Institute, Partner at MASARA, Sales Director at Zain Kuwait, and Human Resources Director at Zain Telecommunication. Early in the career, Naqeeb held positions at EQUATE Petrochemical Company as Chief Spokesman and Human Resources Liaison, and served as HR Consultant at Dar Al-Shifa Hospital. Naqeeb holds a Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has alumni status from Harvard Business School. A Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration was earned from the University of South Carolina.
