Beth Plumstead

Beth Plumstead has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Their most recent position is as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at Burnbrae Farms, starting in January 2021. Previously, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Soap Aid North America from January 2020 to October 2020, where they played a vital role in the organization's mission to improve hygiene and provide recycled soap to disadvantaged communities. From June 2015 to December 2019, Beth served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Hunter Amenities International Ltd., where they provided confidential administrative support and managed projects for the executive management team. Prior to that, they held various roles at Keg Restaurants Ltd. from 1999 to 2015, including Corporate Events Manager, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant.

Beth Plumstead has a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Geog/Urban Planning from York University. In 2012-2013, they obtained level 2 and 3 certificates in wine training from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). Additionally, in 2014, they completed a bartender training program focused on liquor and bartender training at Pernod-Ricard/Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne "Maison" Bartender training.
