Bruce Gillis

Bruce Gillis has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent companies in the industry. Bruce is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Businessolver, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Practice Leader - Health and Welfare Compliance at Conduent HR Services from January 2017 to December 2017.

Starting from 2011, Bruce worked at ACS, a Xerox Company, as a Program Director for a period of nearly six years, ending in January 2017. Before that, they held the role of Vice President, Product Management at SHPS from October 2004 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for product design and development for healthcare and employee benefit administration solutions, particularly leading Health and Welfare Compliance support for various product lines including Eligibility and Enrollment, COBRA, and Retiree Medical.

Bruce's work experience also includes a role as a Service Delivery Manager at Towers Perrin from 2002 to 2004, and as a Manager, IT at Prudential Service Bureau from 1989 to 1998.

Bruce Gillis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and English from the University of Kentucky between 1985 and 1989.
