Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Butters Group since March 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition and development of commercial properties in the southeastern United States. Previously, Kyle held the position of Senior Managing Director at Stiles Commercial Group from July 2004 to December 2019, leading the company’s commercial development and investment activities. As the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Stiles Property Fund, Kyle directed strategic initiatives and managed various commercial projects. An earlier role as Development Manager involved comprehensive management of commercial real estate development projects. Additionally, Kyle served as the Student Body President and University Trustee at the University of Florida, overseeing a significant budget and a large team. Kyle holds an MS in Real Estate as well as a BS in Finance and a BA in Political Science, all from the University of Florida.
