Jim Kramer

Jim Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jim is currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at C3 Industries since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Trulieve from August 2021 to April 2023. From July 2019 to May 2021, they served as the Vice President of People Operations at Shamrock Foods Company. Before that, they held various roles at Shamrock Foods Company, including Director of Human Resources from April 2016 to July 2019 and Director of Talent Acquisition from May 2015 to April 2016. Jim was an independent HR Consultant from June 2014 to May 2015. Jim worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Belmont University from January 2004 to May 2015. Jim also served as the HR Director - Learning & Development at Reinhart Food from February 2014 to May 2014. Prior to that, they worked in the Davidson County Metropolitan Government as the Deputy Director of HR from July 2009 to February 2014. Jim started their career as an HR Director at Davidson County Sheriff's Office from February 2000 to June 2009.

From 2000 to 2005, Jim Kramer pursued a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University.
