Michelle Rest

Michelle Rest has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michelle most recently worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at CaaStle since October 2021. Prior to that, they had a private practice in consulting starting from January 2018 until October 2021. Michelle also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Wrigley from August 2014 to October 2017. From August 2011 to July 2014, Michelle served as an Experienced Recruiting Manager - Advisory at PwC, where they focused on various recruitment areas including finance, insurance, and risk technology groups. Michelle had previous roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Deloitte in 2011 and as a Recruiting Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 2010 to June 2011. Michelle's earlier experience includes being a Senior Recruiter at U.S. Cellular from December 2004 to May 2009, a Recruiting Consultant at Celtic Insurance from April 2004 to December 2004, and a Recruiting Manager/Consultant at Trizec Properties from January 2001 to February 2003. In addition, they served as a Recruiting Consultant for Carlyle Group in 2003.

Michelle Rest obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Business from the University of Iowa from 1986 to 1990. Michelle then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 1992 to 1995. Lastly, Michelle completed a Master's degree in International Trade Law at the Amsterdam School of International Relations from 1995 to 1996.
