Denise Tomm, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Denise started their career in 2002 at OSCOM as an Assistant Sales Manager and served in this role until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Denise worked at iN DEMAND as a Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant and later as a Paralegal/Executive Assistant. Since 2011, Denise has been working at Raptive, where they have held multiple positions. Denise started as a Sales Team Assistant and then moved up to become an HR Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Denise further progressed to Manager, Human Resources and then to Sr. Manager, Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director, HR Operations at Raptive. Throughout their tenure, Denise has been responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, policy development, and coordinating companywide events and activities. Denise has demonstrated the ability to resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions effectively. Denise is also experienced in managing receptionist duties and supporting executives.
Denise Tomm, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Iona University between 2003 and 2007. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
