Cristel Poortenaar-v Linder

Cristel Poortenaar serves as Directeur at Calder Werkt since November 2017, focusing on enhancing workforce employability for employers and welfare agencies. In addition, Cristel has held the position of directeur Werk at Calder Holding B.V. since January 2017, unifying various companies under one entity to optimize service delivery in the labor market. With a strong background in organizational leadership, Cristel has also been an bestuurslid at OVAL since January 2021 and a member of the raad van toezicht at Stichting Prisma since January 2017. Prior roles include General Director and Operational Director at USG Restart, where Cristel contributed significantly to mobility and labor reintegration efforts in the Netherlands.
