Bob Baker

Bob Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Bob began their career in 1986 as an Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank. Following this, they held various management positions at Bausch + Lomb from 1988 to 1997. Bob then joined Bausch & Lomb, Inc. as the VP Finance and IT for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 1997 to 2000. Bob briefly served as the Director of Business Development at Bausch & Lomb in 2000. In 2001, Bob joined JC Jones & Associates as a Managing Partner, specializing in turnaround and operational performance improvement. Bob worked there until 2017 when they transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Alleson Athletic. Currently, Bob is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Caldwell Manufacturing Company North America, LLC since 2019.

Bob Baker attended Colgate University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following that, they pursued further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
