Kevin Nixon

Kevin Nixon is an experienced housing management professional with a strong background in operational leadership and service improvement. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Caledonia Housing Association Limited since February 2016, Kevin oversees Housing Management services for Cordale Housing Association and Bellsmyre Housing Association. Prior roles include Interim Operational Manager at Cordale Housing Association Limited, Director of Operations at Govan Housing Association Glasgow, and Head of Housing Services at Queens Cross Housing Association. Kevin holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Housing from the University of Glasgow and a BA Honours in Social Sciences from Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by leadership training from Common Purpose. Notable achievements include successful completion of postgraduate studies while managing full-time responsibilities and establishing the Fire Station Project as a model for supporting vulnerable young people in Glasgow.
