Theresa Kladney

Theresa Kladney is a seasoned professional in the footwear design and development industry, currently serving as the Director of Design & Development at Caleres, Inc. since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Design for Footwear at RG Barry from 2015 to 2018, and Senior Manager of Private Brand at DSW between July 2010 and July 2015. Theresa has also held positions at Brown Shoe Company from 2002 to 2009, where responsibilities included Manager of Product Development and Manager of Product Development for the Women’s Specialty Group. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Product Development at Phoenix Footwear Group and Linebuilder at Azaleia USA. Theresa began their career at Brown Shoe Company, working as an Associate Line Builder and Product Illustrator. Theresa holds a BFA in Fashion Illustration and Advertising from Columbia College.
