Alana Hay

Alana Hay is an experienced professional in account management and guest services with a comprehensive background in the sports and entertainment industry. Since October 2017, Alana has served as a Senior Account Manager at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation. Prior to this role, Alana worked with the Calgary Stampeder Football Club from May 2014 to October 2017 in guest services, where responsibilities included relaying instructions and mediating guest conflicts. Additional experience includes a graphic design internship at Creative Nobility, where Alana customized WordPress templates, and a position as Junior Lead Hand at Heritage Park Historical Village, focused on employee training and guest feedback management. Alana holds a Bachelor of Communications in Information Design from Mount Royal University, completed between 2012 and 2017.
