Guilherme da Cruz

Guilherme (William) Da Cruz has a diverse work experience, primarily in the restaurant industry. Guilherme (William) started as a Lead Foreman/Carpenter at P&L Bar Renovations in 2010, and later worked as a Carpenter at Mariani Management Corp. from 2011 to 2013. Guilherme (William) then transitioned into the restaurant industry, starting as a Manager at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group in 2013, where they later became a General Manager. Guilherme (William) joined Food First Global Restaurants in 2018 as a General Manager, and then moved on to California Pizza Kitchen in 2019, initially as a General Manager and later as the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Guilherme has focused on ensuring operational standards, safety practices, and employee hiring and development.
