Sharmaine T. is an accomplished product designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the design and development of innovative solutions across various sectors, including financial services and technology. Currently serving as the Founder of Hackglobe since January 2024, Sharmaine previously held roles as Senior Product Designer at Toptal and Terrascope, as well as Founder of Metacosm. Notable experience includes product design at Refinitiv, where involvement focused on projects utilizing proprietary data, and leading UX/UI design at 360F for a financial advisory start-up. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England, a UX Academy certificate, and additional courses in product management and no-code app development.
