Miguel Ángel Marín Hernández has a diverse work experience in the electronics and hardware engineering field. Miguel Ángel started their career as an intern at IZ ingenieros y consultores, where they worked on R&D projects from March 2012 to September 2012. Miguel Ángel then joined CTIcontrol as an Engineer of Development in October 2012 and worked there until May 2016.

In June 2016, Miguel Ángel joined Soltec Trackers as a Hardware Design Engineer, working on designing electronic components for solar trackers. From April 2019 to March 2022, they took on the role of Soltec Innovations - R&D Electronics Engineer, focusing on research and development of innovative technologies. Moving to AED Engineering in March 2022, they worked as a Hardware Engineer before joining Cambridge Energy as an Electronics Engineer in July 2022.

Miguel Ángel Marín Hernández pursued their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2009 at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) where they obtained a degree in Ing. Téc. Telecomunicación. Miguel Ángel then returned to UPV in 2009 and completed their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which took three years to complete, concluding in 2012. After a gap of several years, they enrolled in EDAP Business School in 2020 and earned their Master's degree in MBA Organizational Project Management in the following year, 2021.
