Tom Nelson

Tom Nelson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the fields of controls engineering and electrical engineering. Since November 2004, Tom has served as the Manager of Engineering Services at Cameron Manufacturing & Design, leading various engineering groups, including Controls Engineering and Contract Engineering. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Controls Manager, where Tom managed teams to develop custom control systems utilizing a range of technologies such as PLCs, HMIs, and servos. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Toshiba Display Devices, providing technical leadership and managing project teams in equipment design and maintenance. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, awarded in 1997.
