Melissa Nippert

Melissa Nippert serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Innovation Excellence at Campbell's since April 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President of Supply Chain Transformation. With significant experience in business transformation, Melissa standardized data, roles, and processes across over 20 operating companies at Oldcastle Infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives from July 2019 to April 2022. At Pinnacle Foods, Melissa led various roles including Vice President of Commercial Transformation, where projects such as Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Optimization were implemented, as well as overseeing productivity and new product commercialization initiatives. Earlier roles included leading manufacturing and engineering operations at Pinnacle Foods and The Dial Corporation, with a strong focus on capital management and process improvement. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
