Fern Proulx

Fern Proulx is an accomplished finance and museum management professional with extensive experience in leading and managing Canadian institutions. At Ingenium, from July 2022 to the present, Fern is retired after a distinguished tenure where roles included Interim President and CEO and COO at Canada's Museums of Science and Innovation and Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation. Responsibilities encompassed managing operations of multiple national museums, strategic planning, and overseeing resource allocation while reporting to the Board of Directors. Previous positions included Treasurer at the Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation and Business Analyst at Hercules Canada Inc. Fern holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Windsor and completed the Museum Leadership Institute in 2008.
