Nick Savino

Nick Savino is a seasoned professional in the non-profit housing sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations Services at CAPREIT since December 2021. With extensive experience, previously held roles include Executive Director of the Non-Profit Housing Division at The DMS Group from January 2017 to December 2021, and Manager of Housing Operations at York Regional Municipality from September 2008 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, Nick served as Vice President of Non-Profit Housing at The DMS Group and as Director of Non-Profit Housing at Greenwin Property Management. Nick holds several qualifications, including Certified Property Manager, Chartered Member of CIH Canada, and LEED Green Associate, complemented by education from George Brown College, the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada.
