Responsibilities Include:
Ensure timely response to customer support issues
Install and upgrade software installations
Help manage project installations
Build client monitoring databases
Provide hardware and software training
Monitor client systems and databases
Expertise Required:
Experience with ticketing and workflow management systems (such as JIRA, Zendesk)
Microsoft Workstation (Windows 7, 8, 10) and Server OS’s (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016)
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
Experience with database systems including Microsoft SQL, Firebird, MySQL
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
Bonus qualification: Communication technologies including Wi-Fi, radios, modems, satellite
