Julian Erskine is currently working as a Senior Motion Planning and Control Software Engineer at Candela | Electric Hydrofoil Boats. Prior to this, Julian completed a PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Ecole centrale de Nantes and also worked as a Masters Student Researcher during their studies. Julian has experience as a Distribution Engineering Co-op Student at ATCO Gas and as an Engineering Assistant at Surrette Battery Company Limited. Julian's research interests include autonomous systems, drone swarms, and control systems.
