John Adkins has an extensive background in technical and customer service roles, currently serving as the Owner of JTechServices LLC since September 2021 and as an Engineering Technician at Canfield Industries, Inc. since June 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Phone Repair Technician at Broke Ass Phone®, where responsibilities involved diagnosing and repairing smartphones and tablets while ensuring customer satisfaction. John has also gained valuable experience in technical support, quality assurance, and hardware testing at Turning Technologies, along with a brief stint at General Motors in metal fabrication. Earlier roles include cooking and customer service positions at Dairy Queen and Bob Evans, as well as carpentry at Bieber Construction.
