Kevin McConaghy

Kevin McConaghy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career in 2013 as a .Net Developer at Lloyd's of London, where they worked on the Atlas Project to re-platform a line-of-business application. In 2014, they continued at Lloyd's of London as a Contract Developer, specializing in the Distribution Project.

Kevin then joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2014 as a Lead Engineer, where they supported and developed the company's proprietary CRM system. In 2016, they worked as a Development Consultant / Scrum Authority at Miller Insurance Services LLP, where they built a bespoke integration platform connecting multiple internal applications.

In 2016, Kevin also worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant at BNP Paribas, addressing security advisories and mitigating OWASP top 10 issues. In 2017, they supported a project team at Deloitte as a Data Visualization Consultant, creating interactive data visualizations using various technologies.

Kevin's work experience also includes a role as a Development Consultant at Miller Insurance Services LLP in 2017, a Lead Engineer at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2018 to 2021, and finally, their current role as a Senior Developer at Canopius Group starting in 2021.

Kevin McConaghy attended The University of Manchester from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry.
