Adrian Austin has a diverse range of work experience spanning across multiple industries. In 2012, Adrian worked as a Product Marketing Intern at Philips Lumileds, where they supported Product Marketing Managers with competitive analytics reports and product margin analysis. They also built an Excel-based software tool for comparing competitors' LED product specifications. Later that year, Adrian joined Sequoia Telecom as a Business Analyst, conducting business analysis for high-speed fiber optic internet services and conducting a price-point competitive analysis survey for the City of Los Angeles.

In 2013, Adrian transitioned to Lumileds as a Product Marketing Associate, responsible for top and bottom-line growth of legacy product market strategy. They drove gross margin improvements and cost reductions in later product life cycles. In 2015, Adrian was promoted to Product Marketing Manager at Lumileds. They held this role until 2017.

Also in 2017, Adrian briefly worked as a Business Analyst at Sequoia Telecom Consulting, before joining Cantaloupe Inc as a Product Marketing Manager. Cantaloupe Inc was acquired by USA Technologies for $83 million, and Adrian continued their role as Product Marketing Manager within the newly merged company. In 2019, Adrian was promoted to Director of Product and Partner Marketing at Cantaloupe Inc and currently holds this position.

Adrian Austin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara in 2013. Additionally, Adrian completed the Technology Management Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
