Courtney Sovich

Courtney Sovich currently serves as the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at Capacity, a position held since December 2022, following the acquisition of Textel by Capacity in January 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at Textel as the Manager of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Specialist from August 2021 to July 2024. Previous experience includes serving as the ADAPT Program Coordinator at Align Technology from October 2020 to August 2021 and in various roles at LearnPlatform, including Customer Success Manager and District Support Specialist, from May 2018 to October 2020. Early career positions include Legal Administrative Assistant at Copeley Johnson & Groninger PLLC and teaching roles at St. Johns County District Schools and Duval County Public Schools. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida, attended the University of Central Florida, and has built a diverse career crossing education and operations management.
