Kajsa Leyman

Kajsa Leyman currently serves as HR-chef at Caparol Färg & Puts since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kajsa was HR BP EMEA at RaySafe from September 2018 to June 2023, overseeing HR operations for staff across seven countries in EMEA and supporting US managers. Kajsa's career also includes positions as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB from November 2014 to September 2018, where the focus was on HR consulting, outplacement, and employee development, and as Konsultchef at Wise Professionals AB from August 2012 to November 2014, delivering recruitment and consulting services. Earlier experience includes serving as Consultant Manager Engineering at Academic Work from December 2006 to June 2012, managing the recruitment process, and as HR Officer/Accountant at Freeport Outlet from November 2002 to December 2006, where Kajsa developed the HR framework and handled various HR functions.
