Charlyn Hilliman, Ph.D., MPA is a highly experienced professional with a background in public administration and information technology. Charlyn has held various leadership roles in academic institutions, mental health organizations, and healthcare facilities. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Capella University, Charlyn also has extensive experience as a member of several Board of Directors. With a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Policy Analysis, and a Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice, Charlyn is dedicated to academic enrichment, learner support, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
