Shi Song

Shi Song is an experienced professional with a background in sales operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Manager in Sales Operations at Capillary Technologies since September 2021, Shi Song focuses on improving reporting processes through automation and effective tool usage, having previously held the role of Associate Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Shi Song worked at TDCX from May 2019 to September 2021 as an Employee Engagement Expert, coordinating online onboarding programs for new employees, and as a Talent Acquisition Expert, providing comprehensive talent acquisition solutions. Shi Song's career began with an internship in Human Resources at TDCX in late 2018. Educationally, Shi Song holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCSI, graduated in 2019.
