Kristin Faix Wilkinson

Kristin Faix Wilkinson, Ph.D, HS-BCP, serves as the Manager of Core Operations at Capital Blue Cross since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Program Director for the School of Human Services at Walden University from May 2015 to November 2021, where Kristin was responsible for strategic planning and daily operations. Additional roles include Past President at the Midwest Organization in Human Services and Independent Contractor for program design at Laureate International Universities. Kristin has also contributed as an Access Education Specialist at WellSpan Health and held leadership positions at Laureate Online Education and San Diego-Imperial Counties Developmental Services Inc. Kristin's earlier career involved counseling and case management in various educational and health settings, culminating in significant contributions to curriculum development and employee training. Kristin holds a Ph.D. in Academic Psychology from Walden University, a Master of Science in Counselor Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from PennWest Clarion.
