Keya Early

Keya Early is a seasoned professional in community and volunteer engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Volunteer & Community Engagement at Capital Caring Health since June 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Facilities Manager at Discovery Behavioral Health from October 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities involved training staff, interviewing candidates, and supervising operations alongside the Program Director. Keya's background also includes roles as a Peer Support Advocate in private practice, an Independent Provider at Public Partnership Solutions Limited, and an ABS Counselor with Therapeutic Alliance LLC, focusing on developmental disabilities and applied behavior analysis. Keya’s educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from George Mason University, and an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Virginia Western Community College.
