Anne-marie Schreuder has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Anne-marie currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Capital Health since October 2022. Anne-marie was responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including business development, marketing activities, supply chain, facility management, information technology, patient experience, and quality improvement.

Anne-marie also served as the Director of Nursing at the Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) from January 2017 to June 2018. Anne-marie 'sresponsibilities in this role included managing nursing operations and ensuring quality patient care.

From 2012 to 2017, Anne-marie worked at SEHA - Ambulatory Healthcare Services Co. In their position as Project Manager and Director of Operations at Zayed Higher Organization, they provided strategic direction and oversaw the development of business and service plans for all Special Needs Centers and clinics. Anne-marie also played a key role in developing facility frameworks, policies, and procedures, and was responsible for the division's annual budget and business planning. Prior to this, they held the role of Unit Manager at SEHA - Ambulatory Health Care.

Earlier in their career, Anne-marie gained valuable experience at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, where they held the positions of Unit Manager, Clinical Resource Nurse, and Senior Clinical Nurse between 2000 and 2012. Anne-marie began their career as a Registered Nurse at Breede River Regional Services: Department of Health Western Cape from 1994 to 2000.

Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, which was completed in 2009. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Curative Practice for Primary Health Care from the Department of Health in South Africa in 1996.

In 2014, Anne-marie Schreuder furthered their education by completing a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Chifley Business. Throughout their career, they have also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Anne-marie obtained a BLS certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2014. In the same year, they completed a Certified Management Course from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained a certification in Innovators of Community Wellness from INSEAD.
