Caroline Beyer

Caroline Beyer has a vast work experience in the field of internal audit and management. Caroline worked as the VP of Internal Audit at Capital Metro, where they developed and supervised comprehensive audit plans for various areas including contract procurement, strategic planning, IT controls, financial controls, payroll, and transit security. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Systems Management Professional at IBM, managing the development and execution of disaster recovery plans. Caroline also held the position of Manager, IT Audit & Consulting at Seton Healthcare Network. Caroline Beyer started their career as a Supervising Auditor at the Texas State Auditor's Office and later became the Director of Internal Audit at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Caroline Beyer completed their education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1982 to 1985, earning a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Accounting. Caroline also obtained a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in December 2013.
